Due to the nature of our products being all downloadable eBooks, all sales at the Syllabus2Go store are final, once you have downloaded and accessed the purchased Syllabus2Go Content, through your Syllabus2Go Application.
If you made a purchase by mistake, thinking it was a hard copy book, or do not have access to a device where the Syllabus2Go App can be downloaded, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. We will first verify that the item purchased has not been downloaded, and we will then proceed with a refund and cancellation of your order.
To complete your return, we require an order number and reason for refund request sent to email@example.com
Please note that for Digital Textbooks by Publisher "Haese Mathematics", all sales are final and there will be no refunds, as per the publisher's own Returns Policy for Digital Products, click here.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received, will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
